I have a 6 month license on PyCharm Professional Edition.
I don't think I'll be learning Python anytime soon, so if anyone wants to use it, go ahead and redeem it.

PS: Would be nice if you could comment that you used it, so that other people know that it's gone.

How did you get that license?

@gitpush I got it from Humble Bundle. It was included with other stuff I wanted.

Didn’t take it, but thanks for your generosity!

I am fine, got my full years of student packs, got all jetbrains product, love clion et pycharm so far

So no one has redeemed it yet? Neither will I but still.. I meet so much greed and here we are - letting someone who needs something get it.. It seems nobody takes it because it's free.

    You guys are awesome!

@Kandelborg I'm wondering the same thing.
I don't think there's any way for me to check if it's still available without using the code :(

Anyway, all of the comments above is the reason why I'm sharing it on devRant. Ranters will let it be used by whoever needs it the most.

    Love you guys <3

tbh honest the better way was for OP to ask who needs one and give it in return.

Though for those who need python IDE and that code is no longer working, try out MS Python extension for VS Code, it is really helpful to a point a was able to learn python using that extension (cuz of auto complete ..etc) and failed to do it using Pycharm trial lol

@gitpush VS Code is slowly becoming better than most IDEs. The latest update has Intellisense upgrades that'll surely help people a lot!

I use Atom. It jzst looks nicer:)

@CaptainJuers You can customize any aspect of the look of VSCode. Although I kinda agree if you're talking about the interface layout.

@Kandelborg most of all it is a text editor which means it can run good enough on slow hardware IDEs usually don't

@gitpush Which is why I'm so impressed by the extensibility of it. I started learning Electron because of this program.

@Kandelborg yup a great piece of software

You should think about it... everyone can see that Key now because one can just Google for it. They don't have to be ranters to see it

Downloaded PyCharm Community Edition to try this product, installed and runned. Created new project, typed some shit and pc turned off. Fuck this shit! even *after effects* didn't do anything to pc but this shit.

@Pogromist blame your PC. PyCarm works like a charm and the installer doesn't need a reboot last time I checked...

I like pycharm... But I'm not using python currently but thank you.
Funny is... More then 100 people saw this post. In most other social networks someone would had already redeemed the code to try it out and never use it again...

PyCharm is a good IDE, but VSCode has everything I need. The only time I had to use it when I was using virtualenv, vscode's python debugger couldn't handle it.

@Kandelborg meh. Compared to jetbrains products it still lacks a lot. Especiall for static typed languages. Great product tho

Didn't take it since i use vs code already and I'm happy with but just wanted to say thanks for trying to help people out

Thanks for the offer. I always wanted to learn python so i'm really tempted to claim this key. On the other hand i'm starting my apprenticeship in a month which will be very time consuming. I'll give myself time to think until this evening (4 hours) and let you know if i take it.
If it's gone then that's also fine.

@KittyMeowstika just use the community edition than. PyCarm gives very useful hints and tries to make you respect PEP8

@hjk101 didn't know there was one. I'll do that^^ thank you

    @KittyMeowstika you can have mine:

    6UJMD-P7ZXT-RTCZF-RC9GE-ZGUJD

    already paying for it.

@raldo94 thanks for the offer but i'm afraid i wouldn't use it that much (as i said i've got an apprenticeship coming). Give it to someone who deserves it if you want.

@KittyMeowstika sure, anyone can grab it 😉

Wow it feels so awesome everyone helping each other like this. Let's make one separate Collab like section where we can help others by giving our resources. What does everyone think of that. 😎
    @dfox

@drekhi12 I'll like to have your computing power as my resource.
  • 1
@Kandelborg Actually that was one of the main reasons. I just find it newb friendlier
  • 3
@vocuzi well I don't have that much computing power for now but still I have got do server spare credits for now. 😎
    P.s- I should have written spare resources . 😅
