That's why i'm telling you this result is rounded.
Of course it is >0ms, alone for the fact that the signal travels trhough multiple software layers, adding at least some nanoseconds (that's why localhost won't achieve 0).

But nobody cares for those nanoseconds, therefore, round(ping) to have it in whole milliseconds is enough precision.
