I always give 5 stars to any app even I don't like the app "not a bit".

Sorry but if you have released your app without enough testing and not fixing critical bugs, or just not launching all, i am gonna give 1 star with a brief explanation to the error i get no matter how much you call me an asshole. I will of course revoke it back to 5 stars when you fix it.

@illegaldisease The person who left the review had 0 understanding of how the app was supposed to behave. He obviously did not read the description of the app before using it, and I called him out on this. He must have realized his mistake, because the review has since been removed by him.

I wouldn't have been as upset about the review if the criticism was for something I could actually fix, but this person's review was not that at all.

People are lazy, they won't read unless they have to. That was not good of him but most of users are like him. Use that to your advantage as app developer, you will profit a lot.
