it's easier to minimize interactions or use of emails to avoid phishing than deal with sorting it out especially since most companies do in house fake phishing for training

    At my last job, the in-house anti-phishing training was implemented some 7 years after I had joined them.

    ...better late than never, I guess.

    I wouldn't mind participating in something like this, as long as it would include more advanced training.
