Braed2937yMay I ask how you find remote work? I don't want to sound like a snowflake but the 9-5 office life just isn't for me and I'm really interested in working remotely but haven't put much time into looking. Thanks. -
kzisme627y@Braed hey! I think a lot of factors play into it. For instance my last job I really disliked the setup and day to day work. I was never included on emails or meetings so I felt really out of the loop. Onboarding is interesting too - my last job they didn't send me a machine for almost two months so I had to use my own for a while. They ended up sending me a desktop so I basically could only work from my house.
Getting out of the house was/is important to me since it's easy to work the whole day then get stuck on one of my weekly 3 hour long meetings till 8pm+.
All in all I like it but I felt like the last job sort of made it harder than it had to be.

Hello all! First post here. I've been a lurker for a long time and have enjoyed all the content.
I start a new gig working remote on Monday (second remote gig) I'm hoping it's better than the last one. How is everyone?
