Just curious how many non software students/employers/people code while it is not their main profession

I'm a self taught programmer. was taught the mere basics of C in the 8th grade. Ever since I've been learning online different languages.

I code for fun (and soon maybe as a profession too) and for the sake of ever improving.

I got into coding when I was 10-ish, made some terrible sites and useless apps. In the last 12 years I've been making some apps mostly for my own needs (although some should be released to the public). Now I resumed webdev to make an idea happen.

Normally I'm a 3rd year psychology student who makes music, takes photos and messes with tech.
