Fuck domain re-sellers who don't know what they're doing, you fucking moron you do not need DNS if the Service provider is same as domain and hosting, all you had to do was to change A record with @/${Insert IP Address here} values, it's taking you ages to do that, fucking idiots.

I will probably ask to transfer the domain name to my account if that is possible.

@Linux yes I'd need DNS if the service provider of domain was different from hosting but when both are same all you need is hosting IP address to configure in A name, learned that from GoDaddy

It’s just that an A record is a DNS record

Even if it’s on the same host, the domain name needs either an A record or a NS record to reverse back to an IP address for a web server or back to a Load Balancer if you have a scalable website.

The fact that they don’t inject their own NS records when you host with them is something I haven’t seen before, almost every domain register parks the domain on creation to NS1.someNameServer.com
