Had a non-profit organization (customer) with an encrypted pc. I went to the .onion site and told them in the 24/7 support chat (!) that the organization can't afford the 2200$ for decryption. The wanted a proof that they are a non-profit organization, then unlocked the decryptor for free and told us to be more careful the next time :D
