We started telling such customers that we'd charge a higher rate if they can't provide a bug report with all the information needed (we gave them a list of what is important information) and that we would be way quicker to fix it if we have this information in the first email.
Bug reports have in general improved greatly!

But from time to time there is a wanker sending an email like "the website doesn't work, please fix it ASAP as possible", which we ignore until he sends more details or angrily calls us.
