A lot women think it's fair to go on dates and expect the man to pay (some just go on dates to get a free fucking meal... wtf), while they want equality for women.
Women have become equal by law a long time ago. But I don't want women to be exactly equal to men because (by far most) women could never deliver what it takes to be a man.

There is an argument that housewives have the worse job than men who work. That's bullshit. Most men work their asses off >8h every day, it's at least as stressful as being a housewive.

@PonySlaystation uhhh what's wrong with wanting to share a career and family? Why can't we both go to work and take care of the kids equally?
I'm in my mid 20s and haven't fucked around every guy that comes across. Was even engaged at some point.

Since we are both devs we can easily work from home when needed ans therefore both be more present for the kids. Being dev is actually the best job for that.

Oh and btw, i pay for my own food on dates. Occasionally I pay for him or he for me when we want to treat each other.

Wanting a career and equal pay does not make woman bad. Some companys don't pay them the same although as you said, both are equal by law.

What about a man who wants to stay home and care for the kids and the house? They exist too.

From my experience and from what I read without bias concerning equal earnings, the differences between men and women are negligible. Feminists argue with "the pay gap", but ignore the fact that women in most cases don't want to work as long and hard as their male counter part. It's just a fact. You can ask any person in any company and most will agree. That doesn't mean at all that women "are lazy". It just means they have other priorities, which is perfectly understandable because of biological reasons.

No, I would never praise guys who fuck everything. They are disgusting assholes in my opinion. I would not be friends with such a person.

I can reassure you, women are not as equal yet as you think they/we are and there are also still forms of discrimination around other than pay.
I have a good friend that was denied a job by 2-3 companies as an electric technician because they did explicitly not want her as she was a woman - not because she was lacking qualification or not working hard enough. (They told her during the interviews, she'd "distract the men" and similar things. Couldn't write those in a rejection, obviously.)
(Even I got denied an internship once because people didn't want me "as a woman" working in their workshop.)

These are things you normally suck up and keep going because everything else is a waste of your time, but they still suck anyway.

And then someone tells you it might have to do with experiences made by others based on simple biological reasons. Well, fuck this, really.

@PonySlaystation my boss told me that when she was working at siemens and was a boss of a group there she earned less then the people working for her. Once she found out it was corrected but this shouldn't have been in the first place.

Sometimes they ask you if you plan to have a baby soon and deny the job based on that, although man take a break also nowdays.

The thing is, not all companies are like this. Some are fair. But many still straightup exploit people no matter the gender and women are just fighting for their part.

Where I work, women work as long as men. We have people of both genders who stay superlong and others leave early to pick up their kids from school.
Both have their hours to work and they do. They just shuffle them differently.

@rfc7168 If they deny you for being a woman and no other reason then it's obviously illegal and you can take legal actions if you'd like to.
But apart from those idiots (denying a job to a woman solely for being a woman) there are reasons why in some jobs men are preferred and there are absolutely valid reasons for it.
If you work in heavy industries you don't want a woman because she will not be able to keep up PHYSICALLY with a male.
Also you have to understand that for an employer a woman may be a risk:
- lately women started to bring up false allegations of rape or abuse, which has destroyed countless lives already
- women TEND to take more days off because of menstruation or other reasons
- if too many women work together there is a risk of really bad tensions rising up
- women can unecpectedly get pregnant thus cannot work for some time before and after birth

I don't hate or disrespect women at all. What I just don't get is why feminists want to make females to choose a carreer over family, a womans eggs are only goot until 30 after that the risk of birth defects increases rapidly, but a lot of women waste their 20-30s for career or fucking around (not all of course!).

@PonySlaystation we "waste our eggs" because thanks to society, if you don't get an education early, you are fked later. If you don't finish school and learn a job right after or go to uni almost right afer, nobody will take you for learning a job later on.
My brother struggled with just that. Aborted univeristy, 30, no job learned. Countless applications written for education: 0 chance.

Yes women can get pregnant and go for maternity leave. Guys also go more and more for parental leave to be there for the family. Also for several months. So this reason is kinda bs from the society. We need to be able to account for these things properly. We cant have half of the popultion not getting jobs simply because "they could get pregnant and be unavailable for months". One can also have a car accident and be unavailable for months. Good companies can account for that in advance and have plans for these situations.

@PonySlaystation i agree with the physical differences. There are also jobs where women are better than man due to communication or other skills. Both ways exist. My point is simply that if a man and a woman both are fit for a job and have equal qualifications being against a woman simply because she could get pregnant is bs. The guy can also become a father anf leave for parental leave.

Women usually learn how to deal with periods and don't take off sick days for them. If they are really bad there are meds. I tend to get very bad ones but i still go to work even if I feel like shit. So yeah. Not all of course.

I don't think feminists want women to choose career over family. I think they just want to support that if one chooses to do so.

We need more and more time for education these days and having a kid while at uni or so is also very stressfull.

@PonySlaystation there are women who are stronger than some men. So sex is not a hiring criteria, capabilities of a person are.

Also, jobs which require physical strength are getting rarer, which makes your argument weaker.

Also studies show that females are statistically better than males at selling stuff.

Taking legal action against an illegal, verbal statement is a waste of time and money without witnesses and even then can affect you negatively.

Though not working in heavy industries many women have to keep up with men physically - the sick, the elderly or disabled people in intensive care mostly won't move by themselves.

Rape allegations are horrible. But if "innocent until proven guilty" does not work we have a general problem.
Other "risks" have already viable solutions in some fields like e.g. giving all your employees the possibility to care more about their health, increasing overall performance.

Feminism for me is about having a choice in the first place.

For me any kind of extremism is a cancer. Feminists? Machistas? Rednecks? Racists? Xenophobiests?, (...)ests. Fuck them all.
