Watch some rage videos on Youtube then go for a walk blasting some heavy metal. Basically see other people lose their minds, then compare my life to theirs or their victims (the horror) walk it off with some tunes and be happy. Orrrrr~... You know browse Reddit or Devrant *cough*

@unknown it's for yourself, not others. If you are planning to start I'd suggest a small personal instrument like a ukulele.
You'd be surprised just how therapeutic it can be to just twang random notes on a string, or a simple tune. -
