Why not just set up a #devrant channel on freenode?

Though I'd be more than willing to set up an irc server of our own, if dfox and trogus are willing to make a subdomain for it.

The DM feature would be nice to not have to give up an email address.

@Avyiel if you are not in Europe you will waiver all your rights to whatever Discord does with your data. Data breach? No way to sue them or anything. It is impossible to delete your account (since this week stated in the terms)

The GDPR in Europe gives you the right to be forgotten. And terms are never above the law.
I've not studied law, but I think the complete terms will be void in the court of law in Europe.

@Avyiel no you don't, in Europe you can just file a complaint and the privacy agents from the country and they will fine them.

GDPR is criminal law, not civil. You don't sue an offender. You report them.
