    Amateur! Everybody knows that screenshots need to be embedded into a pdf before sending via slack!

    oh, please. the screenshot needs to be embedded into an excel file that gets exported as pdf, embedded into a word file, and that being printed out.

    I have worked with people who, instead of doing windows+shift+S and sending a screenshot, will get out their phone and send a 10 second video of their computer screen via whatsapp.

    You could take a picture or upload the screenshot into Google Photos and use its "copy text from picture" feature UNLESS the logs contain any sensitive data.

    @devux-bookmark I'd rather not incentivize this behavior, I responded by asking to paste the logs in the thread.

    @devux-bookmark or you can use an apple device like mac or iphone which can read text from any picture directly.
