Every time OpenAI updates ChatGPT they just mess things up. Like now, suddenly you can't hold the Ctrl-key without some overlay popping up - showing the shortcuts - that can't be configured! And there's no way to report bugs.

It's support@openai.com right? Yeah, good luck there as well. They always acknowledge your frustration and close the ticket 😂 for me it's amazing that it's still possible that content escapes their boxes. Ask for markdown source of smth for example. It just goes wrong, since the product exists. Practically unsafe html. Like, how noob can it be.

You have to understand. They're a small open source project that is strapped for resources. Open is even in their name for goodness sakes.
