So my boss started to use https://toggl.com and now every single clients calling must be tracked by our timer.

This specific time I forgot to activate it as he called, but by the time I got to start the timer the fix was already finished...

IDK if I'm too fast or the client to stupid to fix his shit by himself

I always forget it, but I work full day on a single project, and usually clients don't ask for details as to what I was actually working on

writing up time is a pain but it also means that every minute not written up means less money or the company and in the long run less money for you.

@gitpush yeah, but problem is that most of our clients just call us to fix stupid things and they all want it to be done ASAP

@ZioCain Start the timer the minute they call, stop the timer when you done fixing.

They used your time, they pay for it, isn't that what they agreed on when signing the contract?

You can enter the times afterwards as well
