You can run a VPN over whatever port you want, including 80. If the VPN provider is blocked, find another, or route your traffic through a custom proxy; they're very easy to set up.
Circumventing blacklists is pretty trivial. -
@Root Ahh I tried to take the easy way by trying to download tor or other vpns, everything seemed to be blocked. All the free proxy providers as well. :'(
