Give me a damn button of just “NO, I don’t agree”

Ain’t nobody got time to unstick 500 check boxes every single visit, surely theres no good or useful reason of some of these sites having more cookies then words on their home pages.

Give me a single example of one that you were paid to do so.

I usually try inspect element-> delete the popup+ overlay. If that does jot help amd the site is not that important i close it

If a page has 500 affiliate cookies, that shit must die in a fire. Maybe they learn when nobody wants to visit them anymore.

@ananaszjoe yep, literally anything beyond a session cookie is garbage. So yes an extra button in a copy/paste solution would be what 10 minutes of work 🤷‍♂️

uBlock has a list for those cookie things, enable “fanboy’s annoyances list”

They’re just as annoying as ads and deserve the same treatment.

if you cannot refuse all that crap in, literally, 1 and only 1 click, the website is not compliant with GDPR and cookie policy

i sent already countless emails for non-compliance to websites and to the privacy office of several countries....

but actually, best simple solution: ghost script and automated hide of that stupid <div>

Sometimes I wonder why people don't look for (or refuse to use) tools to improve their life, but instead choose to remain in their unhappy state and keep complaining about it

just a couple of online magazines answered, and actually they changed it soon after. they now use the two button thing "accept"/"got it"... at least is better than unticking dozens of checkboxes, but still i dont know if is 100%-compliant, strictly speaking.
anyway, i guess they received quite a lot of messages as they are techy websites

I simply blocked third party cookies in my browser, so it doesn’t really matter if I agree or not.
