hm, last time when a company moved we politely asked the neighbour company for a "network access" for Internet... CAT 6 outdoor cable over 2 garage roofs, and one big fat drill through the wall... but it worked..

(it was my idea - simply because I was completely fed up with the stupidity of some people, but hey - bloody hell it worked. and good luck - we were not sued for a completely brainfucked solution)
