So my first Kindle was broken by my father trying to hit my laptop bag with a rod. The laptop was saved by the Kindle that was just where the rod hit. It's screen was split in two. I know your pain. I ordered one the next day and well its been two years now with the new one.

Get a new one. Nothing should come in between you and reading, nothing.

@gymmerDeveloper Your kindle sacrificed its' self. Already ordered a new one and it's on its' way, but the last few days have been rough. :(
