@Lensflare they should not be on. But recently I restarted the old server. Now I finally know where the traffic comes from regarding it's api.
But besides that, how come your bots still have rights? It's weird. -
@Lensflare something wrong with that server, terrible high load or something. Will check on the beach, then I'll disable them while nipping beer. I have on the beach better internet than at home. My god.

Did you make sure to make them only downvote until -2?
Did you make sure to not always pick the same bot for downvoting?
I can’t think of anything else that I might be doing differently. -
@Lensflare I dunno. They just suddenly stopped working. Mine downvoted to min 5 because they upvoted again later. Smart bastards.
There is a chance there is indeed a bug in it since while having the bots online just now, they're still using the latest backend responsible for downvoting. Will try later, because I have some rants I still want to delete :p -

It doesn’t matter how often it was downvoted or upvoted before. The only thing that matters is that the number reaches -2. -
@Lensflare yeah, mine did - 5. It worked for more than a half year or so.
That's why they keep going, because that -5 is never met. Or the check could also be -2, since they actually stopped. But -5 at once. They do that in less than a second by switching accounts. Is your bot also one system with multiple accounts or multiple clients? I had a one system so I could raise the frequency. But devrant api manages easily, you don't stress it quickly. -
@whimsical so this might explain it, for -5 they downvote more often than for -2.
This might trigger the system earlier to take away the rights. -

@Lensflare starting to doubt hard if it's not just a bug since I have hundreds of bots. Look how long you're doing with a few. Also, it was for a while clear when the first bots came having lost their down vote rights.
On top of that, every downvote is a different bot. So.. And it circles hundreds of bots.. It takes a few hundred times before a bot does second downvote. -
