i swear to God the needle was bigger than your average dildo. the needle was at least the size of a whole fucking arm, and the metal pipe for injection was about 10cm thick.

she showed this needle right above my asshole, and left a 5-10cm hole above my asshole.

up to this day, i got 2 holes (my asshole and that newly formed hole which has never healed back).

im telling u this bc sometimes when i shit i feel like shit is coming out of that 2nd hole above my asshole and it feels so weird. it feels like im shitting from 2 holes out of my body at the same time.
