It's really annoying when u focusing on one task, and everything is planned and scheduled properly. And then Ur boss come in and assign u another task again, endless side project.

Yep. Every time I glance at JIRA and see that two-digit ticket number still in my backlog, I cringe a little. And then there's my coworker who still has #7 open because of all the goalpost-moving that's been going on with that project.

(Yes I know that's not proper agile methodology. The company I work for isn't very good at agile yet.)
