Yup. That's irritating as hell. In recent memory, this thing plagues my Nintendo 3DS that I chose to hack... because I also own the New Nintendo 3DS XL, so the old one had been collecting dust until then. It does want to update its firmware && is very persistent about it, though.

@BordedDev Happens to me w/ some apps on Android even when the review was 5★. I'm guessing those apps are so badly written that they just periodically... or w/ each update pester you for the review.
