Reported issues with 4th floor "down" arrow buttons for the elevator a couple of times. Elevator and inside buttons still worked fine.

A couple of weeks later, elevator is turned off.

Because elevators are serviced by the government

@electrineer In a government-owned parking garage, I would assume they would at least put in a service order. But instead the whole elevator shaft was turned off -- seemingly because a button on the outside of the shaft wasn't working.
