@afaIk I've made the distinction because of the version. 22.04 vs 24.04. You're probably right about the 'x' && 'k'. Underneath, those are all Ubuntu.
As for snap - yeah, looks like both of them have it. -

Very true. Xubuntu runs fairly well on my underpowered spare PC.
