@yash-nagda foobar is Googles hiring site. If you do enough searches on programming topics, they display a link that leads you there, for a test of sorts.

Get in touch with the local google developers group and interact with others, Networking is the key..

Why would you want to work there? They force you to drink the koolaid. Either you participate in the groupthink or you get ostracized. For being "inclusive" and "tolerant," they are very intolerant -- especially of independent thought.

It's also an end-of-career job. Get fired from Google and no company will hire you ever again because Google is vindictive and they really don't want Google's ire.

@zotigapo because of following reasons.
1. Creating something for billions of people is big motivation for me.
2.They focus on innovation and work on some of the most difficult technical problems.
3. and very good salary plus other perks.
