A lot of these places have those "virtual assistants" that fucking suck.
It's usually obvious what's human and what's not, but it is kinda understandable. -
@Stuxnet i believe they has a basic key word search system. And only pass questions to human once there’s no result... they also sell domain and build websites in same time, so there’re different support teams. π€ππ€π€π

Tell that the person who believed for hours yesterday that I was a Google AI.
Short version of the story: I use a bridge bot between two messengers and he just saw a bot writing normal messages and asked "why is the bot talking", so I played along. Apparently he was very gullible.
