@kgbemployee I agree with no official service but since Microsoft products are world warranty, you can get warranty service of products in africa bought in antarctica

@kgbemployee I mean if you go abroad often and you visit a country officially selling surface you can buy it there, and if it breaks, you can send to that store over airmail, or visit by yourself since it is world warranry

Yup i can confirm, i used my warranty in 3 different countries, in few days sent the olme device to ms and received new one back... And if you give your credit card as guarantee, you can receive new one first and than sent yours back... Always at no cost
