    You know in this 4.0 era you can make an algorithm for a robot to lockpick.

    @leduyquang753 that’s no fun. Programming it would be but the robot doing the picking for me wouldn’t be. THERES TOO MUCH SATISFACTION IN SUCCESSFULLY PICKING A LOCK 😤😆

    it's so satisfying that bubbels invites himself into the homes of strangers. "what'ya doin here? get out of my house!" "sorry you lock was so satisfying to lock pick i couldn't help myself - i had to!"

    jokes aside, what is the hardest lock to pick? 🙂

    @heyheni well I’ve not had a lot of locks to pick but someone more experienced would be able to tell
  • 2
    @heyheni by the way that cracked me the fuck up 🤣
  • 5
    Hmm.. seems like you had alternate job choices
  • 4
    I started lockpicking a few weeks ago. But it's an expensive hobby if you don't happen to have locks lying around randomly. 😅

    @DerColonel I know one of your neighbours has a huge box full of locks!

    Though can't say which one. You will have to figure it out yourself.
    And asking them might draw some suspicions. So you better do it silently. While they're not at home

    :)

    Is this a Mr robot thing?

    @Konsole I wouldn’t do it for a primary job, it’s more of a hobby/aide job if I would try to make a career out of it

    @dudeking one of us!

    @DerColonel dude tell me about it

    @M1sf3t it depends on what state you’re in cause some ban the possession of lock picks. That probably leaves out locksmiths though

    @mundo03 I don’t understand
  • 0
    @Bubbles why did you start lock picking?
    https://google.com/amp/s/...
  • 1
    @mundo03 a few reasons.

    I think it’s a cool and useful skill to have.

    It’s something I can do at my desk to fiddle with

    It’s very satifying to actually pick a lock

    And I could potentially make money off it if I wanted to go through that process

    @mundo03 there’s more reasons too like just having the knowledge for my own security and it’s even slightly relevant in cyber security the way I see it

    @M1sf3t 😤 fuck.

    @mundo03 I did it was a nice read

    @Bubbles Do you know the YouTube channel named "lockpicking lawyer"? Dude opens up things in 2mn tops, really impressive, he made me buy lots of transparent locks 😂

    Never picked a lock myself but I watch LPL

    Would love to learn, but even mere possession of picks is illegal where I live unless you are a certified locksmith.

    @kenogo

    The 5 picks on the side fit into a little card (they’re on top of it it’s black and the desk is black so apologies on that one)

    And the set on the right is my main set the tension wrenches that go with it are the 3 in the top left. I recently just got this set and I am loving it so far.

    @kenogo it’s been an on and off hobby but I recently got my new set so I could actually do it more and a little more seriously.

    Hello.

    I use this cheap set. Works nicely.

    @ewpratten I’ve been looking at getting a multi tool, how do you like it?
  • 2
    This seems to be the standard "I know what I am doing " photo..
  • 1
    @ewpratten look at the pro over here 🤣
  • 2
    @Bubbles it's very nice. Very portable and light.

    They fit almost anywhere. Which is nice for discreetly storing in a pocket or bag.

    @ewpratten sounds totally not sketchy. I LOVE IT!
