Best way to track bugs ?

I'm sure some would start a holy war over it, but they're all pretty comparable IMHO. Something simple like Github / Bitbucket issues is fine for small / hobby projects, or there's more fully-featured solutions like JIRA if project management is a useful thing to include as part of that.

Personally I don't really care which one I use, but tend to stay away from the older, overcomplicated ones like Mantis or Bugzilla if I can help it.

I would go with tracking features instead 😅

ZenHub is a nice simple add on to GitHub issues. Gives you a nice kanban board with Jira and all the Jira-ness

Magnifying glass for short distances, camera and DVR for unattended tracking.

Track them so they are logged, reproduced, and fixed, and tested again.

Companies I’ve worked for have used Mantis, HP ALM, Jira, and Excel. Pick one that QA, BA, Devs, and Product Owners/Business can use. Mark bugs found by QA differently than those found by customers/users.
