Hm, if you can just get that sent out to every person in the world and get like 1% of them to respond, you could be rich.

I think...I don't actually know what that currency is :)

1 rubel? Isn't that like 1 cent or something
  • 2
@12bitfloat that's Rupee (INR). 1 cent equals a little over half a rupee.
Or.. A US dollar equals around 68 rupees.

In other words, you get (almost) nothing for a Rupee.

Why doesn't google give them a rupee?

@Codex404 why tf will Google pay to million of users? 😂
  • 0
@manbir because they want users so they can sell their data. And since its only a cent they have earned it back within a microsecond

@Codex404 but no one would start using their product for a cent. Also Google won't do that for millions of users, they won't get it in "microseconds".
Such notifications are just for promotions and to engage users, idk if people do anything other than simply swiping them away.

This kind of thing is common in China too. That’s how, WeChat pay I think it was got so big so fast, especially during the Chinese gifting season.

In India, there's PayTM, just like PayPal. It's WAYYY more famous and established than GPay and PayPal.
