Get checked for carpal tunnel syndrome. There are special hand rests you can get that help if you have it.

Just plug a USB cable into your neck for arm-less controls, I haven't felt any pain in the past few weeks

Go to your general practitioner so he can refer you to someone specialized so that you actually get advice from a professional. I don't like that people try to find remedies for things that actually can be serious

Take breaks, do something else with your hands. Don't get stuck in the typing position(s), same for the arm that uses the mouse for people that primarily use that (the Excel management for instance)
Anyone experienced hand and wrist pain through the consistent typing? It's been on and off for about a year for me now and lately more frequent.
Are there ways around this or am I simply fucked?
