Write tests anyway?

@ShotgunSurgeon I was a lead who was against tests. Why? We worked with small projects at that time. Budget was 500-1k USD per project. Timelines? 1 week to 3 weeks.

We've delivered tens of projects like that and did not care about tests - they were too expensive.

Now, we moved to big projects with long term relationship and tests... Are mandatory :)

So... There's always a balance with them :)

It's a "problem" only when it's a problem for me!
