I've read other books by Mark Manson but not this one. But going by my experience, I'd say you'd enjoy this.

I frankly didn't really like it that much, but forced myself to read it through. I guess I just don't like these types of books

Yes, I learned a lot from this book. Like all self-help books you take just the parts that apply to you.

Didn't like it much. I don't understand the point when someone else directs you to not give a fuck for the situation that's happening to you. I think you yourself are the best judge and should be mature enough to take decisions in your life. They might turn up wrong, but at the end, you had balls to take a stand and overcome the challenges faced.
