Helpdesk
Web developer
SW Developer
All kinds of hardware
System integrator
Electrical engineer etc.

If it has a computer or can be related to IT, then apparently it is my job.

I do this , and they pay me for installing apps.

I understand that some people do help desk as well...but for our company we have a dedicated help desk on the floor below me for these exact issues they come to me for.
