My programs running on startup: Firefox, Thunderbird, Tresorit, Nextcloud, Slack, Discord, Skype
And then I start PHPStorm and DataGrip. -

Except for programs that stay in the background I avoid any unnecessary programs and only start those I need at the moment. -
Notable, slack, whatsapp web, np++, git bash, winscp, putty, ubuntu shell (wsl), chrome, openvpn, anyconnect cisco, anyconnect palo alto.
Only Notable starts up with the system though. -
Terminal, codekit, and a browser. Maybe filezilla too but that's been less frequent.

Potanic415y@Nanos I support a life safety system built by Honeywell, it runs on Windows 10. If it doesn't restart at least once every 25 days it crashes. If you forget to make sure Windows update is still set to manual after doing a manual update it bricks.

Opera, android studio , file manager when i boot to windows
Ffox , terminal , file manager and sometimes gedit, when i boot to ubuntu.
I NEED A FILE MANAGER ALWAYS OPEN EVERYWHERE
