    I use :
    Act - things that mention me, or my tasks/projects
    Later - everything else
    Info - internal nitwit email
    Meh - external nitwit email
    Done - for things thats done

    I forgot to set up email filters.
    So I just don't check my email.

    I really probably should, but I sit next to my boss, who's upper management. If something's important, I'll probably hear about it from him first.
