I lack the skills but always thought a game where your shadow was alive and capable of moving independently from it's host would make for a neat idea for a horror game.

A better Civilization game.

A game that motivates developers to exercise could be nice.
I.e. - works like randomware, only gives you the keys to decrypt your HDD after you completed your daily goal of running/jumping/etc

Journalist simulator

Pokémon Go crossed with No Man's Sky. Aim is to find as many randomly generated creatures.

A John Wick style game, lot of cool ways to kill. Must implement slow-time with a feature to replay at normal speed.

Time travel RPG.

A game where you set out to save the world, and your decisions impact the game, and the decisions you have to make become harder and harder and at the end of it, clutching your mouse, you finally realize you were the villain the whole time...

@FMashiro oh whoops. It's not exactly like you described but still a really fun game. It's a platformer where you can manipulate time

Maybe something related to combine cowboys and futuristic weapons
