In a summarized set of words Jake Archibald (Author of You don’t know JS), new to intermediate developers learn enough just to get by without ever forcing themselves to learn exactly how and why the language behaves the way that it does.

Now that Senior Dev? I’m sure he spent the time and probably many many years learning how that specific scripting or programming language works and I give him my kudos for that.

I would damn myself to hell if I ever had to rely on those retards who comment on SO questions like they think they know-it-all or are better than the person who asked the question because they are more “experienced”.

There also isn’t such thing as a stupid question, just know-it-all baby bitches.

Glad that senior dev was able to help you out nonetheless 🙏
