Ah no wonder. #5 is more commonly known as "burnout".

(What were the actual answers? I can think of 6 possible steps in an agile environment but only if I reaaaalllly stretch.)

@BadFox No I don't think that's right. In software development, there's only 1 & 3, maybe you can add 2 if you have a good manager.
