C0D4669015yMost I can say is try it, see if you like it or switch back.
At the end of the day it doesn't cost anything besides a few days getting it setup for you're needs. -
orhun12475yI'm using VSCode on Linux and I'm pretty happy with it. You can't say it's that lightweight but it does its job smoothly.
You can try it. -
Quirinus7525yVSCode is okay, but I still use sublime. I'll buy a licence soon, when I get some money.

Bubbles66125yDon’t try to open any file bigger than around 1-2GB. VS Code will not enjoy it. It can handle it sometimes but it won’t work well. But sublime will tank that shit like it’s 128MB
Shall I switch to vs code?
I have been using sublime text for years and the sublime merge works well with it. And I did buy license since I love it. Idk if I should switch or not
