I really value the skills, experience and time of my brothers and sisters here at Devrant. So I ask questions sparingly.

What is a really good website sketch/blueprint software that I can use to collaborate with non-techie humans.

    just remembered I used Balsamiq Mockups back in the day, gonna probably use that. Try it if you're also looking.

    If you want something cloud based, invisionapp works well once you get the hang of the keyboard shortcuts.

    Otherwise you could just use Adobe XD.

    Draw.io beats all other free (and I would dare say at least some paid) options hands down. Has web & desktop, can be used for diagrams & flow charts, wireframing and interactive prototyping. Free forever, can be exported to vector and has cloud integrations (Google drive etc)
