It is really really really hard to do anything, including development or studying, when you're worrying about losing your teeth.

You can't imagine the anxiety.

    @AleCx04 need a doc visit to know, but they're all loose and achy and I'm hoping that the one with a root canal is not infected and my frontal ones don't need a root canal either.
    The idea of losing a tooth drives my anxiety up to the point of insanity.

    Oh no, I hope everything's okay!
    *hug*

    I know what you mean about anxiety, even if it's more spread out for me. All of my hair is falling out. It's slow, but I can see my scalp through my hair no matter what I do with it. 😢

    It's unfortunately genetic, so there isn't much I can do. I'm so incredibly self conscious everywhere I go. I've been trying not to even leave the house unless I must.

    @Root sharing too much.

    @NoMad Sounds like severe parodontitis that needs immediate medical care.

    I have a professional dental cleaning two times a year to get rid of plaque and scale especially at the tooth necks, plus these small interdental brushes for daily use. Both help in preventing parodontitis - which I already had, and the pain was comparable to actual root inflammation.

    @Fast-Nop I'd pray to gods to have that and not need another root canal or worse.

    @Root You could shave and rock it, or you could use wigs and love it. You could even do this expensive thing some folks do for hair loss (regrowing/replanting the hair itself). Whatever you do, it's your hair and your freedom to do whatever you want with it. It is just an accessory.
    So try not to be very self-conscious about it. People think about themselves much more than they think about other's appearance.

    (my only worry is that your ideas of what people think of your looks, would stop you from achieving great stuff.)

    @Root another idea, I've seen women permanently curl thinning hair and it looks good for a few years. Using keratin iirc. (I haven't done research on it tho, so take this as a mere idea)
