I share your misery. Tried starting virtualbox today and it wouldn't run. Seems like a lot of people are having this issue as of the last win 10 update.

Luckily the "workaround" was to upgrade docker so it no longer needs virtualbox.

But now I have hyper-v enabled which disables VMware workstation.

I'll deal with that one tomorrow.
