It's really frustrating how irrelevant the results on google are.

Don't get me started on image results...

Google ranks result according to their popularity not to their usefulness.

Yeah they removed most porn for some reason..

@rutee07 and then you try "massage with hot oil" and it still gives you porn, so you switch to a different search engine and suddenly you get what you searched for.

@PublicByte I have thought that they use algo to sort most of them and then adjust but still algo is the first thing you go through. I dont imagine that they can manualy review every site... That is like... impossible.

(by algo i mean popularity algo)

But if your website isnt tweaked it is going to be sorted through popularity.

@PublicByte So basicaly yt algo all over again... With a piece of ML for that sweet sweet inaccuracy.

Startpage is nice. It uses Googles engine in the backend, but without the garbage of Google.
