The moment anyone walks in an interview with laptop like this (stickers), he won’t be hired. At least for me.

But the fact that this person wants to show off, wants to attract attention “Look at me, I’m better than you all” is a good indicator of behavior you’ll see. Some teams may need it, for sure. But put 3 persons like that together and nothing will be done because everyone will try to yell louder than others to use “THIS AWSOME TOOL” and usually will refuse to use anything else.

That’s why you are probably bad at dev projects. You can’t read specifications.
