As far as I'm informed, this vulnerability was patched in later versions of Windows, allowing only a maximum number of windows to spawn.

Used to put it in the autostart folder (or whatever it was called) ghehehehe

back when i was in middle school someone left their computer account logged in so i made that .bat and left it on their desktop

i still wonder what happened...
