I get passive aggressive like that and flex my uml skills. Especially when what's being produced isn't UML. I'll add plumuml to a project and tell them to look at the docs in vscode+plum extension.

Sounds like the better end of open source documentation: tons of manpages, but never showing how all of this is supposed to go together.

My manager put "Architecture Diagram" onto my list of tasks. "Do you have a diagram"? came up in our last call.
No, I don't have a diagram like your useless block diagram that shows nothing of what we've done. Instead I have a ton of wiki pages, real documentation, READMEs in each git repo that are detailed and complete, unless you're repos of empty directories, `.keep` files, empty READMEs and blank "TODO" wiki pages!
