Thing is, we're not human encyclopedias. So of course we search a lot.

I dont agree,
The searching skills helps u with the learning curve in a learn-it-when-required technique.
And basically u only search for something the first time then u aqcuire the knowledge (unless u dont know how to use the code snippet feature of ur ide)
