You should have some redundancy and upgrade one node at the time.

Not have a backup coffee machine is a business risk. I include coffee machines as critical equipment with a short RTO in my business continuity plans. Otherwise, production seriously impacted. Seriously 😀

Our coffee machine broke once and the HR woman come out with a unopend coffee machine. She had purchased it when she started at the company but hid it from everyone so 4 years after she started she would be prepared for that very moment it broke.

Should work towards zero downtime upgrades otherwise these are gonna kill the coffee SLA!
